After a day of horseback riding down at Harmel’s with my sister, Sarah, who was visiting, I expressed my love for this quaint mountain town but also that it lacked options for simple, healthy, and grab-and-go dining.
I shared my idea of starting a deli that would cater to like-minded individuals who also had a passion for wholesome and delicious meals. Drawing from my affinity for live music, I knew that I wanted to weave that musical magic into my future menu. As we drove back to Crested Butte, the name Psychedeli effortlessly rolled off my tongue, and Sarah's enthusiastic exclamation of "That's it!" sealed the deal.
Fast forward three years, and here we are turning that dream into a reality.
